Mazda continues hot sales numbers through first six months of 2021

Mazda vehicles have continued to outpace the industry in the second quarter of 2021 with sales jumping 72.2% over the last quarter compared to the same period in 2020. Moreover, Mazda so far has registered 34,575 Vehicles sold, an increase of 53.1% compared to the first half of 2020. And with sales of 6,816 Vehicles last month, a 3.8% increase versus June 2020, Mazda's momentum does not seem to want to stop.
Looking at year-to-date sales, we can see that every single Mazda vehicle has increased its sales over the same period last year. The Mazda CX-5 has remained Mazda's most popular vehicle with 14,127 vehicles sold, an increase of 53.4%. The Mazda CX-30 was the second best-selling SUV in the Mazda lineup with sales of 5,995 units, an increase of 82.7% over last year. Mazda has also done very well with the Mazda3 which has increased its year-over-year sales by 17.4%.
The Mazda6, the Mazda MX-5, and the Mazda CX-9 have doubled their sales compared to 2020. The most impressive vehicle in the lineup is undoubtedly the Mazda6 which has registered over 1,100 Vehicles sold during the first six months of 2021, compared to just 504 in 2020.
